GROUP COHORT
Six weeks · Online · Starting September 23, 2026

Are you still not having the conversations with team members at the level you'd like?

Is additional work still piling up so you can't get your core work done?

Do you know how to add better value while still enjoying your work now that AI is writing more (all) of the code?

Are you still getting run by pressure more than you'd like, before you catch it?

Six weeks work through this directly: real movement on conversations that still feel hard, working better across the seemingly impenetrable siloed teams, delegating to your team without the guilt, delegating to AI to lighten your load, leading when you don't have the answer yet, and making sense of what your own value is now that the work itself keeps shifting.

Ready to work through it, one week at a time?

Week 1 : Having Better Conversations

Whether you're starting from scratch or could improve your conversations this session gives you a four-step framework for working through it the same way you'd debug code.  You'll be able to practice your conversations in class to refactor your approach.  You'll  leave having drafted the opening line for one or more  conversation and along the way   learn or refine  a way to let go of the resistance to actually having the conversation in the first place or  the 2am replay of what you should've said instead.

Week 2 :  Working Better Across Silos

Whether you're stuck on one relationship with another team or dealing with siloed teams across the board, this session gives you a real way to move work forward when you don't control the other side. You'll work an actual dependency you're stuck on right now, in the room, and refine your approach on it live. You'll leave with an actual plan for that specific relationship, and along the way learn or refine a way to stay grounded when their timeline isn't yours to fix.

Week 3 : Who Am I If I'm Not the One Writing the Code

However long you've been sitting with this, or if you're only now naming it, this session separates what's actually different about your role from what just feels different. You'll work through it in the room with people carrying the same question, not alone with it. You'll leave with a clearer read on where you actually stand and what to build on, and along the way learn or refine the shift from reacting to the ground moving to actually responding to it.

Week 4 :   Breathing Room, Delegating to Your Team

Whether you're avoiding delegation entirely or already delegate but want to get better at it, this session gives you a scoring framework for sorting what's actually safe to hand off from what needs to stay with you. You'll pick one real task in the room and refine an actual handoff plan for it. You'll leave with that plan and a date attached, and along the way learn or refine the reset for the exact moment doing it yourself feels faster than explaining it.

Week 5 :  Leading Your AI Agents

Wherever you're at  in delegating to AI, this session leans into the leadership side of it: setting direction, deciding how much autonomy to grant, and knowing when to step in versus let it run, the same judgment calls you'd make leading a person, just faster and at more volume. You'll bring a real task and refine how you'd actually lead it through, not just review it. You'll leave with a leadership approach for that task, and along the way learn or refine the shift from reacting to every output to responding with a real checkpoint before something breaks.

Week 6 : Who Am I If I'm Not the One Writing the Code

Wherever you land between having no answer at all and having one you're still not confident to give, this session gives you something real to say in that gap, drawn from research on leaders who ask better questions instead of forcing an answer. You'll bring a real moment you're stuck in and practice the response live in the room. You'll leave with a way to stay steady in the 90 seconds before you're asked something you can't answer yet, and along the way learn or refine the shift from reacting with a forced answer to responding with a real question.

Six weeks, real conversations, real work, real skills you'll actually use.
